My husband and I love to hike and often go on weekend treks. Jerky has become a staple for us when we are in the back country where back pack weight is important. Dad's Jerky is not your typical hard as a rock shoe leather, instead the moist strips are easy to chew and have a flavor that lasts the whole while.

We have tried every flavor you make and wonder when you are going to do fish. We had tasted fish jerky when we in Wisconsin last summer and it was real good. I think it was made from salmon. If you can make fish jerky as good as the spicyaki beef that you make you will definately sell out fast.

Thank you for making such an amazing product! I first was introduced to to you when visiting a friend who lived outside of Luke Air Force Base and my dh has been in love ever since. I have to order it just to send it to him when he is deployed. It makes his deployment to get the jerky that he loves so much in his packages!!! And I am so excited you added the nuts into the site.
