Ever had a smoked deer ham? They’re excellent! Here is a kit that will enable you to smoke the hams of any animal.

Everything you need is included: the ham curing seasoning, 2 nets to hang the hams, a meat injector (Cat. 296) for pumping the ham, a diagram showing you how to inject the ham, complete directions.

The kit will cure 20 lbs. of meat, 1 large ham or 2 small ones. Basic smoking directions included.
