This electric wood smoker has 1" insulation board to insure internal smokehouse temperatures of at least 160-170 degrees in extreme 5 degree weather.
1000 watt heating element gives you internal temperatures from 130-220 degrees with the unit loaded with 20 lbs of meat. Inside dimensions 15" deep x 20" high x 16 1/2" wide. That's almost 3 cubic feet of smoking chamber. Enough for 8 racks of ribs, 8 chickens, 2 turkeys, or 12 salmon filets.
Includes 4 shelves, 3 dowels for hanging hams, thermometer, stainless steel sawdust pan, instructions, and the stand.
